Olympic can produce printed newsletters using either digital or litho processes dependant and the quantity required. We can recommend materials, and size depending on how you wish to distribute your newsletter.

Company Newsletter Design, Typesetting and Artwork

Newsletter Design, Typesetting and Artwork can be prepared in various ways. If you have someone in house who is able to prepare artwork we can happily accept the majority of softwares in addition to Quark Xpress, Pagemaker, Indesign etc in either MAC or PC format we also can accept Word or Publisher. If you would prefer artwork to produced by ourselves we can either provide the initial design or if an existing format exists recreate that style. Text and pictures can be supplied to us electronically to drop into the preprepared template. QR Codes can be added so that you can include a link to your website. We can also supply final files for uploading to your Company Website or to email to staff, customers and prospects if this should be preferred.

Mailing of Company Newsletters

Once your printed Newsletter has been produced we can if required insert these into envelopes together with any other items required such as postcards or letterheads and post these out to your mailing list. Various postage options are available including Downstream Access and Mailsort to ensure you have the most cost effective solution to your mailing requirements.
